I cant budge the outer tie rod ends on my 96 grand prix!
I dont think they have ever been changed..? there rusted or grew ont he the rod and cant be turned off?
can i somehow remove the entire rod with the outer tie rod end still on so i can put it in a vise for a good grip to turn it off?

try using PB blaster or WD 40 heating up the nut with a torch first and if you still can't get it off follow the rod to the rack there should be a rubber boot under the boot there is the inner tie rod end just disconnect it there
