First of all if you are not a mechanic don't try this yourself cause you will loose your wheel alignment and in worst case instead of going straigth it will pull your car on either side and you may end up in hospital.
Next if you are a half mechanic and stuck-up with inner tie rod of a camry then my suggestion is
Take the ball joint out first then undo the tie rod , also before you starting the job count the thread on both side and write it down.
Again do this if you are a mechanic

take it to a shop. whether u buy the parts or do the work yourself, i know your not going to accomplish an oakey allignment in your driveway. leave that job to the professionals.
