I recently changed both tie-rod ends on my 2002 Seabring, and now when I turn there is a grinding noise?

Is it just that now I need to get the wheels aligned?|||Wheel aligned is the first place to start, also your CV Joint could be going bad as well, or your brake shoes/pads are dragging.
