Ive had my tie rod changed after hitting a curb bent it. Got the VW dealer to do it as I didnt want to take any risks with the steering but still problems.
Now ive got the car back there seems to be too much play in the steering wheel, theyve had it back and say nothing wrong with it.
When driving on the motorway you are constantly adjusting the steering as its tight going right but can move 2cm left until it effects the steering - you can feel it bite if that makes sense.
No noises or vibrations and still drives straight if you take your hands off.
Anybody have any ideas?|||If they say they fixed and you say they didn%26#039;t.Talk to the manager at the shop you took it too. tell them it was not like this before the wreck. If they don%26#039;t.
Talk to the better bussness.
