Not a fun job at all, especially if it is both. I believe that you would need a special socket to unscrew the inner tie rods. I'd say, phone around and get some estimates, cause that is not a fun job at all.

how hard is it to change inner tie rods,im thinking of doing it myself,any tips pls let me know
