What are possibilities that is making my car?
yes and will make it shake

Yes, and it also sounds like you may have warped brake rotors. Start fresh with a new set, instead of getting them turned.
Yup. Bad shocks or struts can cause high speed shake too. How old is the car? If it has more than 50,000 miles on it, the shocks and struts could be the problem. If your car has over 100,000 miles on it, you should get your shocks and struts replaced anyway.
It can, but the shake thatcomes and goes at around 60 mph is always tires.

But here's the kicker-a tire can be balanced but still shake due to the tires being %26quot;oblonged%26quot; or egg shaped. A tire machine that measures road force will tell the tale.
Have your front tire and rim assemblies tested on a Hunter GSP9700 to make positively sure you don't have a bent rim or out of round tire.
