Tie rod ends move the way you are showing so they can pivot with suspension movement. This is normal. Its called a ball and socket configuration. Just think of it as your shoulder. The end with the rubber boot is your shoulder and the rod is your arm. You can rotate your arm on the ball and socket. Normal movement. But if your arm ball is loose in or comes out of your socket then it needs repairs or replacing. Same goes for your tie rod end. Hope this eases your concerns as you have asked more than 1 time.

You asked this question before and I guess you didn't like the answer.
Yes you need new tie rod ends before they break and you lose control of the car. If you're driving this car, I hope it's not near me.
