Is important to change atie rod end?

i have a 2006 dodge grand caravan. is it important to change a tie rod end
Is important to change atie rod end?
Yes it is. Quite. If it goes, you loose control of the car, risk an accident and further damage to the car. It's what holds your tires on more or less.

I haven't paid more than $75 for the part, and takes an hour or so to fix if you know what your doing. Depends on if it's outer or inner tie rods for how long it takes, but it doesn't take long at all.

well, it is possible for the tie rod to slip out, which could cause steering failure which is a bad thing.
yes its very important to change it. if it breaks off you will lose steering to that one wheel. and if your driving while it happens you can get into a servious accident because that one wheel will go wherever it wants you which is more than likely not going to be straight or wherever your turning. you dont want to risk your life or someone elses getting into an accident cause you didnt want to spend a couple hundred dollars
On any vehicle it is important to make sure ALL of you steering and suspension components are in top shape. Tie rods are the very last connecting component between your steering wheel and the wheels themselves. If this fails completely you could loose steering control, which is obviously a bad thing. Tie rod ends are also pivotal in vehicle alignment. A worn or failed tie rod will cause abnormal tire wear, popping noises, vehicle pull and a host of other problems as well. Complete steering failure is the worst case scenario. The idea is to avoid that situation completely. Please, have your tie rod changed by a professional and I would also recommend that an alignment check is preformed. Usually this type of repair is inexpensive and can be done in a about an hour or so (depending on who is fixing your car, haha!).

Any further questions, just e-mail me. Hope i was of some help.
