Please help NIssan Tech or any nissan expert? what happen bearing got damaged in 2mo's?

ok the car is a 2001 maxima, started with a squeak when i turn left i checked and the wheel was wobbly, so we changed the tie rod ends, ball joint and bearing but old hub, but still the squeak remained and 2mo's later this is what happen please check the pics)

but this time i changed the bearing and the hub same side and soon the right. and also instead of using the air tool to tighten them used a torque wrench and hand tighten it. but still the squeak sound is there when i turn left so should i be worried?



the sound is like squeak, squeak, squeak,squeak like a bird



any idea why thanks in advance



by the way the bearing was put in place using a press not hammered

I am glad I don't live in rusty part of the country like you. Not changing a damaged hub will cause to much play and inproper pre load on the bearing. Yes never hammer on a bearing. Chirp chirp squeek may be the backing tin shield may be just touching the back of the rotor or you missed the inside brake pad squeeler is worn into the rotor. I bet your bearing was noisy before you stopped to fix it.
