i had pads changed and tie rod fixed, but when i step on brake it makes as awful noise and tire sounds like its wobbling

Have you turned the rotors and are they the right thickness?
Recheck your suspension.
Check bearings.
Check tire balance.

sounds like the brake discs are warped change these there not very expensive
