Are OEM parts good quality parts for your car?
OEM is not a brand. It stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. The company who made your cars makes them in other words.
Are OEM parts good quality parts for your car?
OEM stands for Orignal Equipment Manufacturers. This just means that the parts are made by the automotive company or by one of the suppliers they used when your vehicle was built.

If you're buying a ball joint or any other non-cosmetic parts you'll be just fine getting them from NAPA, Advanced Auto, etc.
Yes they are good parts for your car. OEM Original Equipment Manufacture. (OEM) that means they were manufacture to specifications from the factory on the blueprints for that type make model car.
Generally, yes, they are good parts. But for me the high cost of the parts is enough to steer me to aftermarket brands, like TRW or Moog, which in most cases are just as good, if not better.
