doesnt do it in reverse only when coming to stop as i stop and as i accelerate from a stop, ive changed iner and outer tie rods, stabilier bar bushings. thxs nicholas

Have your braking system check. If your pads and lining are all okay, i suggest let it clean. It might be too dirty causing the popping noise. Lubrication and greasing might be needed to eliminate noise under your car. Hope this helps.

Check the slide pins bushing for wear and tear. the slide pin should glide in and out of the bushing smoothly. If not, the rubber bushing should be replaced and greased with calliper grease not with regular grease. Regular grease causes the bushing to swell and restricts the movement of the slider pin, therefore, the sliders can't work properly and you get the popping noise.
Your problem may sound like mine but it might be a different issue.
